Job descriptionActive Search : Resume search of active candidates from job boards such as Monster, , Google, Dice, etc. Responsible for screening and short listing resumes, adding short-listed candidates into client databases , etc. Search and short-list candidates from job boards, search engines using different search Work closely and assist senior team members. Understanding of recruiting resource, processes and procedures. Scheduling interviews and coordinating with account managers for feedback Handling full life cycle recruitment starting from sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, providing offer till on-boarding of candidates. Maintained proper tracker of candidates as per the job requirements and pipelining candidates for suitable roles. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelors Degree desirable Prefer 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience High energy people.
