Senior ipaas integration specialist

Please note - Looking for highly qualified, dynamic, motivated and hands on integration specialist who can work onsite in our Hi-Tech city office.

Position Overview

We are seeking an i Paa S Integration Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining integrations across a wide range of enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with i Paa S platforms (no-code / low-code) , a solid understanding of HR Tech ecosystems , and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical execution.

This role will focus on building integrations for our multi-tenant Saa S platform within the HR Tech industry , connecting with systems such as ERPs, HRIS, SSO, Payroll, Procurement (P2 P), ATS, and other third-party tools.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Design & Development

Build, configure, and deploy integrations using an i Paa S platform (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft Composer, Boomi, Snap Logic, or similar).

Develop connectors and workflows that ensure seamless data exchange between Saa S applications and external systems.

Perform data mapping, transformations, and validations to meet business and technical requirements.

Functional & Business Alignment

Collaborate with client stake holders, product managers, HR tech SMEs, and business analysts to translate functional requirements into scalable integration solutions.

Understand HR, Finance, and Procurement processes to design integrations that add value and reduce manual effort.

Platform & Ecosystem Expertise

Manage integrations with ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday Financials) , HRIS (Workday, SAP Success Factors, ADP, Oracle HCM, UKG, etc.) , SSO / Identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, Ping, etc.) , Payroll providers , ATS systems , and P2 P platforms (Coupa, Ariba, etc.).

Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and compliant with data privacy and security standards.

Support & Optimization

Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows, ensuring high availability and performance.

Maintain documentation of integration processes, configurations, and data flows.

Continuously optimize integrations for performance, cost, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience : 5–8+ years of integration experience, with at least 3+ years using an i Paa S platform.

Industry Knowledge : Strong background in HR Tech Saa S ecosystems , including HRIS, Payroll, Talent, and ERP integrations.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in configuring i Paa S platforms for end-to-end integrations.

Solid understanding of APIs (REST / SOAP / Graph QL) , webhooks, data formats (JSON, XML, CSV), and authentication standards (OAuth, SAML, JWT).

Experience with data transformation, enrichment, and cleansing.

Business Acumen : Ability to understand HR and Finance processes (hire-to-retire, payroll, procure-to-pay, onboarding, compliance).

Problem-Solving : Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve integration failures and optimize workflows.

Collaboration : Excellent communication skills to work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in multi-tenant Saa S platforms.

Exposure to MACH architecture (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Relevant certifications in i Paa S tools (e.g., Boomi Professional Developer, Workato Automation Pro, Mulesoft Certified Integration Associate).
