We are searching for a Business Head for an e-commerce and rural retail distribution business.
The Business Head will scale existing sales, improve fulfillment, optimize product mix, and drive consumer and retailer growth through both digital and on-ground channels
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and scale full P&L profitably.
- Grow both direct-to-consumer eCommerce and eB2B rural retailer sales.
- Strengthen and expand product portfolio and value-added services.
- Lead marketing, digital acquisition, and category management.
- Improve fulfillment operations and rural last-mile logistics.
- Drive partnerships with brands, suppliers, logistics players, and financial partners.
- Build and track core KPIs : revenue, margins, CAC, fulfillment TAT, and customer satisfaction.
- Work with Tech / Product teams to enhance the app and retail platform.
- Build and lead a strong cross-functional team across sales, marketing, fulfillment, and product.
Requirements :
8–15 years of leadership experience in eCommerce / eB2B and consumer durables.Full P&L ownership and team leadership in a scaling business.Strong background in marketing, category management, or business growth.Experience in managing rural sales and fulfillment operations.Preferred : Exposure to eB2B or consumer durables in Tier 2 / 3 markets.Data-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable managing both digital and physical sales channels.
