Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager SaaS product.

  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for market analysis, business planning, account management, sales, and product management.
  • Candidate should have experience in selling business software / platform solution to Enterprise / Corporate clients.
  • Hands on at strategic account development, sales process including understanding customer needs, providing solution to their requirements, developing business cases, and closing deals favorably.
  • Candidate should have excellent business communication capabilities including presentation, documentation and demo etc.
  • Candidate should have experience in account management of existing customers and generating further business.
  • Knowledge in HRMS / HR domain will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate should have eagerness to exceeding expected business targets.
  • Qualifications.

  • Market Analysis and Business Planning skills.
  • Experience in Account Management and Sales.
  • Product Management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
  • Master's / Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
