Job Description : Must have :

• Extensive knowledge in LWC, Aura, Apex, Visual forces, Triggers.
• Knowledge of using various integration techniques - REST, SOAP APIs, platform events, oAuth and Single Sign-On.
• Configuration experience on security settings, Flows, support processes, etc.,
• Knowledge on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Experience in DevOps / Agile project

Good to have :

Experience on implementing CTI

Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools like GIT, CICD, JIRA etc

Very good communication skill ,apt for client interaction
