Were Hiring Relationship Manager BBU (Sales)

Locations : Hyderabad | Vizag | Vijayawada

Experience : 3 to 5 LPA

Education : Graduate or Postgraduate (Regular stream)

Age Limit : Up to 36 years

Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

Acquire and manage new client relationships in the SME segment
Prepare and submit comprehensive credit proposals
Ensure thorough KYC, due diligence, and adherence to compliance standards
Monitor client portfolios, conduct regular reviews, and identify early warning signals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction

What Were Looking For :

Minimum 3 years of experience in SME Lending (525 Cr range) within the banking sector

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

In-depth knowledge of credit assessment, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring

Proven ability to achieve business targets and maintain portfolio quality
