Role Description Develop a deep understanding of client needs, preferences, and lifestyle to create customized design concepts. Create comprehensive design concepts, mood boards, and colour palettes that align with the client's vision. Space Planning. Material and Finish Selection and Sourcing. Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines effectively, while addressing any challenges that may arise. Use design software and tools to create 2D and 3D renderings for client presentations. Prepare comprehensive presentations that articulate design concepts and ideas clearly. Work closely with in-house and external teams, including architects, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications A minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury interior design with a proven portfolio of successful projects Space Planning and Architecture skills Construction Drawings expertise Interior Design and FF&E knowledge Ability to create innovative designs Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software Effective communication and presentation skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field A network of industry contacts and resources is advantageous
