Roles and Responsibilities
Assist on employee related queries across the employee life cycle.Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring precise and timely execution of payroll cycles.Facilitate the onboarding process by coordinating with various departments for seamless integration of new employees.Support HR operations by maintaining accurate employee records and database management.Collaborate with the HR team to enhance processes and develop strategies for improved operations.Administer HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity, system upgrades, and user training.Assist with compliance reporting and maintain an understanding of employment regulations and guidelines.Support the implementation of HR initiatives aligned with the hospital's objectives.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR systems and processes meet organizational needs.Employee Life Cycle Management
Oversee all stages of the employee life cycle including onboarding, development, retention, and exit processes.Ensure consistent handling of employee life cycle events in adherence with policies and organizational values.
