Job Brief We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Tosca Engineer to lead and support the design, development, and execution of automated test cases using Tosca. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation frameworks, continuous testing practices, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality across the software development lifecycle.

Job Duties Include Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Tosca Test suite. Creating and executing end-to-end automation test cases for web, desktop, and API-based applications Integrating Tosca test suits into CI / CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab Collaborating with developers, QA, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into test cases Conducting Tosca test case reviews, optimization, and reusability checks Maintaining test data and test environments for automation runs Creating detailed documentation for test design, execution, and reporting

Responsibilities Lead Tosca automation implementation and provide technical guidance to junior engineers Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Continuously enhance the automation framework for performance and scalability Monitor test execution results, analyze failures, and report defects Ensure timely delivery of test deliverables aligned with Agile methodologies Identify and recommend process and tool improvements for QA efficiency Support non-functional testing (e.g., regression, performance) where applicable Facilitate knowledge transfer and training for stakeholders

Requirements 5+ years of experience in test automation, with at least 3 years in Tosca Strong knowledge of Tosca Modules, Testcases, Execution Lists, Requirements, and Reusability best practices Experience integrating Tosca with CI / CD tools and test management platforms Familiarity with API testing, test data management, and version control (Git, SVN) Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum environments Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field Tosca Certifications (AS1, AS2, TDS, Automation Specialist) are a plus
