Job Title : Oracle EBS / Fusion Data Migration Consultant

Location : India (Remote)

Employment Type : Contract / Full-time

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Only

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Data Migration Consultant / Developer to support a migration project . This role involves working closely with finance teams, solution architects, and multiple stakeholders to execute a smooth and efficient data migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle technologies and a strong background in data migration processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with finance process owners, solution architects, functional leads, and third-party vendors to document specifications and requirements.
  • Design and map data migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion .
  • Develop and deliver accurate data extracts using custom scripts to support multiple migration test cycles.
  • Ensure comprehensive and clear documentation for all migration-related activities.
  • Work with SQL / PLSQL , BI Publisher (BIP) , REST APIs , and ETL tools to extract, transform, and load large data sets efficiently.
  • Proactively identify and resolve data quality or transformation issues.
  • Support data validation and reconciliation across test and production environments.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle technologies, with hands-on exposure to Oracle EBS and / or Oracle Fusion .
  • Strong expertise in data migration projects , preferably involving Oracle Fusion .
  • Proficiency in :
  • SQL / PLSQL
  • BI Publisher (BIP) reports
  • REST APIs
  • Bulk data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL techniques)
  • Experience working on enterprise finance or ERP projects .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Prior experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects.
  • Familiarity with financial domain processes and data models.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
