Job Title : Accounts Executive (Female Candidates Preferred)

Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai- 400013 (In-House), 5min walking from Station

Experience Required : 12 years (Preferably worked under a Chartered Accountant)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM

Salary Range : 20,000 25,000 per month (based on experience, negotiable)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and deadline-driven Accounts Executive to join our in-house team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience working with a Chartered Accountant firm or in a similar role and possess a solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Recording daily transactions and maintaining updated books

Creating GST, TDS, PT, and other statutory returns

Performing bank and GST reconciliation

Preparing and sharing weekly financial reports

Following up with clients for payments and processing vendor payouts

Managing salary disbursements

Maintaining organized documentation and handling contracts

Coordinating with banks and handling personal finance tasks

Supporting miscellaneous administrative and financial activities

Requirements :

• Completed a degree of Bachelors / Masters in Accounts, CA Intermediate, Business, or a related field
• Good communication skill
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong attention to details
• Willingness to learn and take initiative

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

12 years of accounting experience (preferably under a CA)

Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software

Strong command over Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and tax filing processes
