Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Panipat for Lumani — India’s largest Schüco partner. The role is centered around supporting installation, service, and maintenance of premium Schüco façade and fenestration systems. The Service Engineer will conduct site inspections, manage issue resolution, oversee quality adherence, and engage directly with clients for service visits and documentation. The position requires strong collaboration with design, production, and project teams to ensure timely closure of service tasks and seamless field operations. Daily reporting and task updates through Asana will be integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting, service support, and technical issue resolution
• Background in field service operations with direct client interaction
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities
• Ability to manage maintenance, rectification, and documentation tasks effectively
• Educational background in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Diploma / B.Tech)
• Willingness to work on-site in Panipat and travel across North India when required
• Positive, hands-on, learning-oriented attitude with high integrity
