We are looking for a Manager-Human Resource with 8-10 years of experience who has :
Deep understanding of aligning HR practices with business objectives to drive performance and growth.Proficiency in leveraging HR data for decision-making and tracking key performance metrics.Managing employee concerns effectively while ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal policies.Driving HR initiatives through effective leadership and teamwork.Key Responsibility (Day to Day Activities) :
This will be an Individual Contributor (IC) role requiring exceptional ownership and accountability.The candidate should possess smart problem-solving abilities and demonstrate excellent communication skills.Performance Management : Experience in driving and managing performance cycles effectively.HR Analytic and Reporting : Proficiency in reporting and Dashboard using Excel.Employee Engagement : Strong track record of designing and implementing engagement strategies.Reward and Recognition : Experience in planning and executing employee reward programsQualification and Experience :
MBA / PGDM specializing in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.High proficiency level in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides and alike
