About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Lead with strong expertise in Java, Microservices, Spring Boot , and backend development. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers and work on designing and implementing scalable enterprise solutions with cloud integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java , Spring Boot , and Microservices architecture .
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Optimize application performance and ensure security compliance.
• Drive cloud adoption and integration strategies.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance.
