Enrolled Nurse - Beachside

We are currently seeking two experienced Enrolled Nurses to provide care and support to our residents at Bethanie Beachside Aged Care Home located in Yanchep, on a casual basis. Co-located with a retirement village, Bethanie Beachside is one of our larger sites with 160 beds and provides specialised high level acuity, dementia and palliative care.

Casual shifts are available for both morning and afternoon shifts across week days and weekends.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide hands-on care to residents while supporting a multi-skilled team with a focus on learning and safety.

About You

• Currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
• Previous experience in an aged care environment or with dementia care is an advantage, but is not essential
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently use clinical information systems
• Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group
• Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
• Current NDIS Clearance (or willingness to apply for one)
