Role Overview : We are seeking a
Senior Inside Sales Executive
with a strong background in
mobility products
or related technical segments. This role requires not only direct sales execution but also mentoring and training the internal inside sales team to drive conversions across key digital channels like
Shop on WhatsApp, Abandoned Cart Recovery , and
Shop on Video Call .
Key Responsibilities : Engage and convert high-intent leads through direct calls, WhatsApp conversations, and video demonstrations. Leverage technical knowledge of mobility products to educate customers and handle product-related queries with confidence. Train and support the inside sales team in selling complex mobility solutions effectively across digital touchpoints. Own the sales funnel for high-value and technically inclined customers. Monitor abandoned cart data, reach out proactively, and optimize recovery strategies. Conduct regular product and sales training sessions to improve overall team effectiveness. Collaborate with marketing and customer experience teams to improve lead quality and nurture journeys.
Required Skills & Experience : 4-5 years of experience in B2C Inside Sales, preferably in
Mobility, Healthcare, or Ergonomic Products . Sound understanding of technical product features and ability to communicate them clearly. Hands-on experience using CRM tools, lead management systems, and digital sales platforms. Proven ability to train and coach sales teams to improve performance. Excellent communication, objection-handling, and consultative selling skills. Highly self-driven, customer-centric, and process-oriented.
