Senior Power Platform Developer

Job Description –

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer with 8+ years of expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in designing and implementing business process automation, developing custom applications, and creating business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, experience in managing teams, and the ability to work both as an individual contributor and as a collaborative team player.

Key Responsibilities :

• Power Automate Development : Design and implement Power Automate workflows to streamline and automate business processes. Create seamless integrations between systems, trigger notifications, and ensure real-time data accessibility for enhanced operational efficiency.
• Power Apps Development : Develop and deploy custom Power Apps solutions to automate workflows, improve productivity, and address business needs. Integrate Power Apps with backend systems and other Microsoft tools for a cohesive user experience.
• SharePoint Integration : Leverage SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and as a data source for Power Apps and Power Automate workflows. Ensure efficient integration and optimization of SharePoint-based solutions.
• Power BI Development : Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights. Utilize advanced Power BI features, including DAX and Power Query, to deliver high-quality analytics.
• SQL Server Expertise : Utilize SQL Server for database design, querying, and optimization. Ensure efficient data extraction and transformation for reporting and automation purposes.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration : Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise. Foster collaboration to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable solutions. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.
• Individual Contributor : While taking on a leadership role, the candidate will also be expected to work independently, particularly on complex reporting tasks or when tight deadlines arise.
• Data Integration & ETL : Integrate data from various sources (SQL Server, SharePoint, cloud-based systems, and third-party APIs) and ensure smooth ETL processes for data accuracy and consistency.
• Performance Tuning & Optimization : Ensure that Power Platform solutions, including Power BI reports and workflows, are optimized for performance and scalability.
• Documentation & Best Practices : Create and maintain technical documentation, ensuring adherence to best practices in data governance, automation, and security standards.
