About the Role As Associate Director – Brand Marketing for Myntra FWD, you will be the strategic and creative force behind shaping the brand’s identity for the fashion-forward Gen Z audience. This is a high-impact leadership role that blends brand storytelling with business performance, positioning Myntra FWD as a cultural icon in fashion and lifestyle.

Expectations & Scope
- Strategic Brand Leadership Own and evolve the brand strategy for Myntra FWD and broader Myntra equity. Translate brand purpose into compelling narratives and experiences across all channels.
- Integrated Campaign Management Lead 360° campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, and experiential platforms. Collaborate with creative, media, and production partners to deliver breakthrough work.
- Consumer & Market Intelligence Decode youth culture, fashion trends, and consumer behavior using research, analytics, and social listening. Identify whitespace opportunities and inform strategy with data-backed insights.
- Business-Driven Brand Marketing Drive traffic, conversions, and GMB through brand-led initiatives. Connect creative execution directly to platform objectives and business outcomes.
- Strategy & Analytics Manage complexity across 50+ campaigns annually spanning categories, cohorts, and regions. Define marketing tasks, measure impact, and isolate ROI through A / B testing and media dark market studies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with product, category, performance marketing, and PR teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling. Align internal stakeholders on campaign goals, messaging, and timelines.
- Brand Governance & Identity Uphold brand guidelines and tone of voice across all communications. Ensure consistency while enabling creative experimentation.
- Performance & Impact Measurement Define KPIs for brand health, campaign effectiveness, and consumer engagement. Monitor performance and optimize strategies based on learnings.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship Lead and mentor a team of brand marketers and creatives. Foster a culture of strategic thinking, innovation, and accountability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
