Job Summary :
- BLive is seeking an experienced Sales leader to manage and grow the network of BLive franchisees who own and deploy a fleet of EVs on the BLive EZY platform.
- This role will lead a team of business managers and Inside sales execs to drive growth and manage relations with the franchisee network.
- The ideal candidate will be proficient in Sales, commercial negotiation, communication and collaboration working with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Operations, and Supply chain.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruit new EZY franchisees, grow the network.Manage relationships with existing franchisees through regular communication, MISIssue resolution, news and updates.Ensure growth in fleet of existing franchisees.Serve as the primary point of contact for interna; stakeholders - Finance, Operations, Procurement.Monitor daily performance reports to track account health and key metrics.Manage Team of Business managers and Inside sales team.Qualifications :
Minimum of bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, business development.Minimum of 8 years of experience in Sales and business management.Proven success in managing customers and franchisee network.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications :
