Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Strategist to lead and execute result-driven campaigns across platforms. You’ll work closely with creative, content, and client servicing teams to build social-first strategies that elevate brand presence, drive engagement, and deliver on business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present platform-specific social media strategies aligned with client goals.
- Conduct industry, competitor, and trend analysis to inform campaign planning.
- Build monthly social media calendars in collaboration with content and design teams.
- Monitor and optimize performance of campaigns using platform analytics.
- Suggest and implement data-backed content ideas, hashtags, reels, and engagement tactics.
- Guide and review creatives to ensure alignment with brand voice and platform best practices.
- Run social audits, recommend improvements, and prepare strategy decks for new pitches.
- Stay updated with algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging trends.
- Coordinate with paid media team to align organic and paid content strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a digital or creative agency.Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, , YouTube, and emerging platforms.Ability to convert insights into actionable content ideas and campaign directions.Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and social listening tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Creative mindset with an eye for detail and trends.What You’ll Get
