PERFORMANCE MARKETING LEAD

Job Description

We’re hiring a full-stack performance marketer who can run complete digital growth for brands — from traffic generation to conversions — while ensuring sharp communication and client coordination.

What You’ll Do

Run Meta + Google campaigns end-to-end
Build funnels (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU) & retargeting clusters
Drive CRO : landing page improvements, A / B tests, funnel fixes
Build & direct brand communication for ads
Coordinate with clients monthly (strategy approval + reporting)
Manage creatives, briefs & internal team workflows
Track KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate)
Present monthly growth plans & insights

What You Must Have

3–7 years in performance marketing

Strong in TG segmentation & campaign structure

Ability to write or brief strong ad communication

Experience with GA4, GTM, events, heatmaps

Understanding of UI / UX + landing page behaviour

Good presentation & client communication skills

Ownership mindset (no task-level workers)

Salary Range

₹6 LPA (3 to 4 years prior industry experience)
