Job Description :
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Power BI report creation, along with a strong understanding of Office 365 and Active Directory. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication to engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Present data findings and report outputs clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in all reporting deliverables.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that effectively visualize business data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable Power BI solutions.
- Optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability, including managing data models and implementing DAX queries.
- Utilize knowledge of Office 365 tools to improve collaboration and reporting processes.
- Understand Active Directory architecture to support data access management, permissions, and security requirements for reporting.
- Continuously assess and enhance reporting processes to improve data accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities for workflows and reporting tasks.
Qualifications :
6 to 10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Power BI report development and data analysis.Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Business Analytics and requirement gathering.Advanced proficiency in Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365 tenant, licenses, and services.Knowledge of Active Directory and its role in managing data access and permissions.Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools is advantageous.ref : hirist.tech)
