Equity Research Analyst (Fundamental Research)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Equity Research Analyst

with a specialization in SME IPOs within the Indian equity market. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in financial analysis, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for investment research. Key Responsibilities Responsible for conducting initial screening and in depth analysis of various SME IPOs in the Indian equity market. Prepare investor presentations and pitch decks highlighting the company's value proposition and growth strategy. Responsible for initiating, executing, and delivering quality investment research to discerning clients. Excellent financial modeling skills with the ability to understand and formulate business drivers (revenue, cost, etc.) Superior knowledge of concepts of finance & accounting, valuation methodologies, and stock analysis Strong writing skills with the ability to lay out investment arguments and thesis lucidly High-level communication skills with the ability to express views clearly and succinctly Analytical thinking is required to enable him / her to structure and guide research / consulting assignments with clients and manage the project internally.

Qualifications :

CFA or MBA (Finance) NISM Certified Research Analyst

Experience :

Minimum 2+ years in financial markets, preferably with a broking firm or investment research company

Skills :

Analytic and problem-solving skills Software Skills : ACE Equity, Bloomberg, Capital Line Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should be accurate and responsible
