Job descriptionAssignment Execution Would handle all the assignments being delivered by Knight Frank Advisory services, including but not limited to Consultancy Reports Valuation Reports Research Reports (Spill over work, over and above that handled by Research consultants) White Papers Media Queries, inputs to business articles New Products including Data Product related reports. The assignment execution would involve the following Client Interactions Site Visits Research Design Data Sufficiency assessment Collection of required additional data Conducting consumer side studies (wherever required, through external agencies) Data Analysis in co-ordination with Research. Report Preparation and / or Presentation Discussion of results / recommendations / valuations etc with the client Supporting Principal Consultant with Billing and Collection Business Process Management Ensuring compliance to Standard Operating Procedures. Execution of assignment within agreed time lines and costs Regular updating of time sheets Updating of Relationship activities in the central data base Quality Play the role of Maker in the “Maker-Checker-Reviewer” quality control process. Required to discuss and incorporate comments received from Regional Head and Lead consultant in the report. Business Development Identifying existing relationships and prospective new clients, for the purpose of making business pitch Participating in Business Development meetings along with lead consultants, in order to understand the client requirements Supporting the Lead Consultants in Proposal Formulation, Tender Preparation, Technical and Financial bid formulation, LOA preparation. Maintaining self-developed cum allocated business relationships, and updating the internal system with activities on that front
