Job Summary :
Nibav Lifts is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media strategy. This role requires expertise in content creation, audience engagement, campaign management, and performance analysis to enhance brand presence and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Content Creation : Develop and manage engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Community Engagement : Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to strengthen audience relationships.
- Social Media Strategy : Plan and implement organic and paid campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Analytics & Reporting : Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Insights. Optimize content strategies based on data insights.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, PR, and design teams to create cohesive brand campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring : Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in the social media landscape.
- Advertising & Budgeting : Manage social media ad campaigns, allocate budgets effectively, and optimize performance for maximum ROI.
Key Skills & Requirements :
8+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a B2C or product-based industry.Expertise in social media platforms, trends, and advertising tools.Strong creative and analytical skills for content development and performance tracking.Experience with paid media strategies, influencer collaborations, and brand promotions.Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, and other scheduling / analytics tools.Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Interested candidates can share their profiles at sriram.hari@nibavlifts.com
