Sr. Dispatch Coordinator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar for a Senior Dispatch Coordinator. The role involves coordinating daily dispatching operations, ensuring the efficient and timely assignment of tasks to team members. Responsibilities include managing dispatch schedules, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring exceptional communication with clients and internal teams. A critical aspect of this role is providing high-quality customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of operations through strategic coordination and multi-tasking.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dispatching and experience in managing schedules and logistics effectively
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
• Competence as a Skilled Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to day-to-day changes
• Data Entry experience to maintain accurate records and manage databases efficiently
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Basic familiarity with dispatch and management software is a plus
• Relevant prior experience in a dispatch or operations coordination role is preferred
