Role Overview
We’re looking for a Head of Technology who will guide a team of talented engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines deep technical expertise with strong team mentorship and project ownership.
You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to architect and deliver robust systems that make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of modern, cloud-native applications.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and system architectures.
- Ensure best coding practices, performance optimization, and security standards are followed.
- Conduct regular code reviews, mentoring sessions, and architecture discussions with the team.
- Drive continuous integration and delivery (CI / CD) using tools like Git, Docker, and AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management for seamless delivery.
- Take ownership of project timelines, quality metrics, and client communication.
- Research and integrate new technologies that improve efficiency and product capability.
- Mentor junior developers and support their technical and career growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.8-10 years of hands-on software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical or team leadership role.Proven experience in React (JavaScript / TypeScript), Python, and AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, etc.).Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, and API design (REST / GraphQL).Experience with CI / CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and containerization (Docker).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a “solution-first” mindset.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to inspire, mentor, and guide a high-performing engineering team.Candidate should be proficient in atleast : -
