Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant, based in Ahmedabad. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for creating and managing travel plans, providing excellent customer service, handling travel arrangements, making reservations, and offering expert travel consultation to clients. The role requires working closely with clients to understand their preferences and designing customized itineraries to suit their needs.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Travel Consulting and the ability to provide expert travel advice
• Experience in Travel Management and handling Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in managing Reservations and booking systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
• Knowledge of destinations, travel regulations, and industry trends is a plus
• Familiarity with travel booking and management software is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields is advantageous
