Job descriptionLead and manage the Silicon Recycle / Charge Process Engineering team to ensure a process stability and efficiency. Develop and optimize silicon recycle processes to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Collaborate with R&D and production teams to implement new technologies and process improvements. Monitor and analyze process data, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all recycle manufacturing processes. Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve process issues and improve overall operational efficiency. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Implement and oversee process validation and qualification activities. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Maintaining accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and changes, and reporting on process performance to senior management. Working with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment that meet process requirements and quality standards.
Required Technical Experience :
- Design, implement and optimise industrial processes in the manufacturing setup. Focus more on the mathematical and physical aspects of production.
- At least 15 years of experience in leading a team to manage the stability of the process of a manufacturing plant.
- Essential Work experience : 22+ Years
- Industry Preference : Electronic, Solar, Semiconductor, steel / Alloy and Aluminium foundries or other high-tech Industry.
