ROLE OVERVIEW :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Ad Operations Executive to support our performance and affiliate marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign setup, tracking, QA, monitoring, and optimisation using tools like RedTrack , Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager , Snapchat Ads Manager , NewsBreak Ads , Google Ads , Google Tag Manager (GTM) , Google Analytics (GA4) and other affiliate marketing tools.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, loves troubleshooting tracking issues, and wants to build a strong foundation in performance / affiliate marketing operations .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Campaign setup and Trafficking :

• Set up, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, NewsBreak, Google Ads and other traffic sources.
• Implement correct targeting, bids, budgets, creatives, and tracking parameters (UTMs, click IDs, macros, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and correct formatting of creatives and landing pages.

Tracking, Pixels, Offers & Attribution (Redtrack + GTM + CAPI)

Performance Montoring and Optimisation Support :

QA and compliance :

Stakeholder and Vendor Co-ordination :

Process Improvement and Documentation :
