As a Google Ads Executive , you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimising pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across Googleadvertising platforms. Youll work closely with the creative, strategy, and analytics teams to deliver high-performing campaigns that drive conversions and achieve KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management :
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and Video).
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve maximum ROI.
- Keyword Strategy :
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement bidding strategies.
- Analyse search intent and align campaigns with client objectives.
- Ad Copy & Creative Collaboration :
- Write compelling ad copies and collaborate with the creative team to ensure impactful visuals.
- Performance Tracking :
- Set up conversion tracking and analyse campaign performance metrics.
- Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
- Budget Optimization :
- Allocate and optimize campaign budgets effectively.
- Conduct A / B testing to determine the best-performing strategies.
- Stay Updated :
- Keep abreast of industry trends and Google Ads updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
Experience : 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in an Ad agency setting.Education : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).Certifications : Google Ads Certification (preferred).Skills :Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.Familiarity with A / B testing tools and landing page optimization.Excellent communication and time management skills.
