Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 4-10 years of proven expertise in end-to-end sales, from lead generation to sales closing.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Lusha.
You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads, driving business growth, and expanding our international client base, particularly in the US / UK markets, for web and mobile development solutions.
Roles and Sales & Business Generation :
- Drive the complete sales cycle for web-based solutions, including web services, web applications, mobile application development, and e-commerce development services.
- Focus on acquiring new international clients, especially in the US / UK, by offering our comprehensive range of services, including SEO.
Lead Generation & Follow-up :
Proactively generate new business leads using various prospecting tools and strategies.Efficiently follow up on both self-generated and assigned leads to convert them into opportunities.Client Engagement & Proposal Development :
Develop and nurture a strong clientele.Prepare intelligent business proposals, conduct contract negotiations, and present compelling solutions to potential clients.Solution Analysis & Quoting :
Analyze client requirements thoroughly and suggest optimal web-based solutions.This includes understanding CMS websites, e-commerce platforms, and developing strategies for website creation, along with preparing competitive budget quotes.Market Strategy & Research :
Develop effective marketing plans for the company's products and services.Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.Cross-functional Coordination :
Coordinate seamlessly with Business Analysts for project analysis and estimations.Liaise closely with the delivery team and customers to ensure timely and satisfactory project delivery.Reporting :
Prepare comprehensive monthly reports detailing sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.Required Skills and Abilities :
4-10 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales, specifically within the IT services domain (web and mobile development).Demonstrated expertise in lead generation and sales closing.Hands-on proficiency with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Lusha.Experience in selling web-based solutions, web services, web application development, mobile application development, and e-commerce development services.Knowledge of SEO services and experience selling to international clients (US / UK preferred).Understanding of CMS websites and e-commerce website strategies, including budgeting for website design projects.Ability to develop comprehensive marketing plans.Strong analytical skills for analyzing requirements and conducting competitor analysis and market research.Proven ability in drafting proposals and handling contract negotiations.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective client and internal team engagement.Proficiency in Kannada Language is mandatory.Local Male candidates preferred.ref : iimjobs.com)
