6. Nature of travel : should be ready to travel extensively to customer plants in a defined
geography.
7. Minimum Education : BE (Mech) or Post Graduate (Preferred)
8. Experience :
1. 12 to 15 years of experience Industrial project sales, premium technology
offering, solution sales.
2. Should have sound knowledge of technology of boilers, associated components
3. Should have extensive experience of working with Food, Pharma, Beverages,
Textiles, Chemical industries on the utility sales domain.
4. Should be conversant with Boilers, Cogen plants, Thermal oil heaters etc
5. Experience in Industrial project sales in the field of Boilers, Thermal systems,
HVAC, Cogen plants, etc shall be preferred.
6. Exposure to green energy, sustainability.
7. Should have worked with Large Corporate accounts, MNC’s
9. Languages : English verbal and written and ability to communicate with local and global
stake-holders.
10. Role purpose : The Sales Manager shall be responsible for the overall business for the
defined territory. Develop and build relations with prospective customers, keep track of
upcoming projects or expansions.

1. Responsible for business for boilers, thermal oil systems etc for the
defined territory..
2. Working relations with customers in South India will be an added
advantage.
3. Should be able to work on complex customer requirements and build a
solution around it.
4. Comfortable with commercial negotiations, understanding of Incoterms,
tax structure etc.
5. Marketing activity for the defined territory.
6. Competition knowledge and analysis.
