Handling of Incident and Change Request

Familiar with SLA

Co-ordination with Offshore team and interaction with Customers

Delivery within budget

Candidate should have work experience of at least 1 Support / Maintenance Project and at least 1 Development Project as ISU FICA Functional Consultant.

Settlement / Clearing Rules

Collection Agencies

Write-Offs / Value Adjustments

Security Deposits

Instalment Plans

BRF+ Dunning will be an added advantage

Payment Plan Knowledge

Tax

Knowledge of Batch jobs

Knowledge of Interface to Payment Gateways
