Desired Qualification & Skills :

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science / Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in R and / or Python programming, along with solid command-line skills.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining ETL pipelines.
• Experiences on building data models, data harmonization and quality control
• Good understanding of the Healthcare domain.
• Knowledge of OMOP and / or CDISC standards (STDM, ADaM) (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a detail-oriented approach, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to learn quickly.
• Prior experience in statistical programming, genomic data analysis, NLP applications on healthcare datasets and data visualization would be a valuable asset.
