Job Title : Senior Business Development Manager

Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore

About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with 8+ years of B2B sales experience , preferably from recruitment consultancies or L&D companies . The ideal candidate will be responsible for getting new clients from sectors like GCCs, startups, and product-based companies , while also focusing on client retention and increasing Talentiser’s visibility in the market.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Acquire new business from GCCs, startups, and software product companies .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Increase brand presence through networking, outreach, and industry connections.
  • Create and manage a strong sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups.
  • Work closely with internal teams for seamless delivery and client success.

Requirements :

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Strong background in recruitment, HR consulting, or L&D services .(Eg. Monster or Naukri)
  • Based in Hyderabad or Bangalore .
  • Excellent communication, networking, and client-handling skills.
  • Proven experience in building visibility and bringing in large accounts.
