Tender / costing coordinator

The Tender / Costing Coordinator in the Tender Department plays a key role in collaborating with multiple stakeholders to support accurate tender cost estimation and tender analysis and management. This position majorly involves collecting and reviewing data, working closely with internal teams such as Operations, Sales, BD, and Tender, and verifying that cost calculations use appropriate formulas. The coordinator ensures all costing documentation aligns with both company standards and client specifications. Success in this role requires keen attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and a solid understanding of project costing within the civil, construction, engineering, or GIS / Geospatial sectors.
