Job description

Title : Microsoft 365 Tech Support.

Experience : 1 to 2 Yrs.

Notice Period : 15 Days or Less.

Location : Chennai / Hybrid / Remote.

Job Description :

  • 12 years of hands-on experience in M365 technical support or system administration.
  • Basic knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, PowerShell basics is a plus.
  • Understanding of identity and access management (Azure AD).
  • Good troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn advanced features.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Microsoft certifications (MS-900 or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
