Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for executing and managing core HR operational processes and delivering engaging internal events that support our company culture and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, people-focused, and adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities

Strong ability to communicate with employees

Manage and maintain employee data using Excel & HR Data management portals.

Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Ability to analyse HR metrics and data.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Good at time management

Plan, organize, and execute internal employee engagement events

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for logistics, catering, tech setup, and event materials.

Develop event calendars and communication plans to ensure strong participation.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,

4+ years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, or event coordination.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS tools is a plus.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
