About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Expert to lead and execute strategic ABM campaigns for B2B SaaS, Enterprise Software and IT Services clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify high-value accounts and build hyper-personalized, multichannel programs that drive engagement and revenue.

A key part of this role involves leveraging AI tools and automation platforms for intelligent list building, segmentation, hyper-personalized outbound messaging, and campaign orchestration at scale. Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or managing multiple client portfolios is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end ABM programs (1 : 1, 1 : few, 1 : many) using data-driven and AI-powered strategies.
  • Use AI tools to enrich and segment contact lists based on firmographics, technographics, intent signals, and behavioral data.
  • Design AI-driven outbound workflows that personalize messages across LinkedIn, email, and ad platforms at scale.
  • Collaborate with sales and content teams to build account-specific journeys, leveraging dynamic content and smart triggers.
  • Deploy campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Clay, Instantly.ai, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai, etc.
  • Utilize AI copywriting and personalization tools to create tailored messages and assets for different personas and buying stages.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop customized landing pages, dynamic ads, and interactive content.
  • Continuously track KPIs such as account engagement, opportunity creation, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline influence—and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Provide actionable insights using analytics dashboards, campaign attribution reports, and intent data analysis.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, with 3+ years leading ABM programs in SaaS or IT services.
  • Proven experience with AI-powered ABM tools for prospecting, segmentation, and outreach (e.g., Clay, Instantly, Apollo, ChatGPT, Copy.ai, etc.).
  • Hands-on with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Solid understanding of the B2B buying journey, with experience crafting relevant content and messaging by persona and stage.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance, A / B test messaging, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or working with multiple B2B clients simultaneously is a strong advantage.
  • Bonus : Experience running AI-enhanced multichannel outbound campaigns for enterprise accounts or international markets.
