About the Role :
We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Identity Creator to help shape and express the visual and verbal identity of our brand.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and evolve brand identity systems, including logos, color palettes, typography, visual
elements, iconography, and brand guidelines.
Translate brand positioning and strategy into compelling visual and verbal identities.Create brand style guides and toolkits to ensure consistent application across marketing, digital, packaging, and internal communications.Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and design teams to implement the brand across campaigns and customer experiences.Design brand collateral, including presentations, social media assets, website graphics, brochures, packaging, and signage.Conduct brand audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and maintain brand relevance.Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external channels.Lead or contribute to naming, tagline development, and storytelling elements as part of brand Qualifications :Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Branding, or a related field.3-6 years of experience in branding, visual design, or creative direction roles.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity development across platforms.Mastery of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or Canva.Solid understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling.Excellent attention to detail and consistency across visual elements.Strong communication and presentation skills comfortable explaining design decisions and strategy to non-design audiences.Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives.Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and Skills :Experience working in branding agencies or in-house brand teams.Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, or video editing tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.Basic knowledge of web design, HTML / CSS, or CMS platforms like WordPress.Experience working with brand localization and multi-language branding systems.Familiarity with trademarking, legal usage of brand assets, and copyright considerationsref : iimjobs.com)
