Responsibilities
5 Years’ experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) implementations Understand end-to-end marketing processes including campaign creation (email / web / social), lead generation, lead scoring, qualification, distribution, and conversion, including closed loop reporting, by demonstrating CRM technologies and data. Understands APIs available in MCAE / Pardot to develop integration solutions, when necessary Experience with sync processes and limitations with Salesforce. Deep knowledge and understanding of Marketing data shared between MCAE / Pardot and Salesforce
Required Skills MCAE / Pardot Specialist and MCAE / Pardot Consultant certifications Experience with building B2B Marketing Analytics dashboards Experience configuring Salesforce Engage Understands available connectors to Pardot to push / pull data between systems Basic HTML / Css experience preferred
