As an RPA Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in enhancing Visy's business processes through Robotic & Intelligent Process Automation.

You will be directly responsible for identifying and analysing business processes, determining automation potential, and leading the transformation to streamlined, automated processes.

What are the primary responsibilities of the Role?

• Lead intake and discovery sessions to identify automation opportunities within business processes across multiple domains, including finance, inventory management, and general administrative functions.
• Analyse current processes, reengineer to improve automation potential, and develop detailed "As-Is" and "To-Be" process descriptions.
• Collaborate with process owners, SMEs, and stakeholders to develop and execute RPA projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic objectives.
• Conduct RPA High-Level Assessments and prepare cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and develop test cases.
• Produce high-quality documentation, including Solution designs Documents (SDD), RPA Suitability Assessments, and Benefits Realisation Plans.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation, execution, and issue resolution.
• Provide continuous updates and manage communications with project stakeholders and the project manager during RPA project delivery.
