Data Integration Developer (Level 1)

Blutic is looking for a Data Integration Developer (Level 1) with 1-3 yrs experience in developing and maintaining ETL processes and reports using SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server under the guidance of senior team members. This entry-level role is ideal for developers looking to grow their skills in enterprise data solutions while contributing to critical client projects.

This is a 100% long term remote opportunity. The candidate should be willing to work in 9 hrs shift anywhere between 11am-11pm IST with an overlap of 3-4 hrs on Pacific time zone.

Core Requirements :

1-3 years experience with SQL Server (T-SQL fundamentals)

Basic understanding of SSIS / SSRS concepts

Familiarity with relational database principles

Key Responsibilities

1. Development Support

Assist in building basic SSIS packages for data extraction and transformation

Help develop simple SSRS reports with guidance from senior developers

Write and modify basic SQL queries and scripts

Perform data validation and testing of developed solutions

2. Team Participation

Work closely with Level 2 / 3 developers to implement solutions

Participate in code reviews and learn best practices

Maintain documentation of work in Confluence / Jira

Attend and contribute to daily stand-ups

3. Learning & Growth

Develop understanding of client's data architecture

Learn to troubleshoot basic ETL process issues

Gain exposure to Agile development methodologies
