Job Summary :

We are looking for a hands-on Data Developer to support the data migration and integration between a legacy Salesforce Service Cloud org and a new Salesforce Health Cloud org. The role involves building and testing ETL pipelines, performing data transformations, validating data quality, and resolving data-related issues using SSIS.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build, configure, and maintain data pipelines using SSIS for migrating data from the old Salesforce org to the new Health Cloud org.
• Implement data mapping, transformation logic, and business rules as defined by the Data Architect.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers and analysts to understand the data model and field level requirements.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) structured data from Salesforce and external systems.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation between source and target systems.
• Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data processing and audits.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data jobs, ensure performance optimization, and log generation.
• Support test data setup, mock data creation, and migration dry runs.
• Maintain clear documentation for ETL processes and data flow logic.
