Senior Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Senior Systems Administrator with 5+ years of experience in managing cloud and on-prem server environments.

The candidate must have strong expertise in Azure, AWS, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Intune, and Office 365 administration. This is a full-time on-site position based in Vadodara, supporting enterprise infrastructure operations across different time zones in rotational Responsibilities :

• Configure, deploy, monitor, and maintain Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Administer Hyper-V virtualized environments and ensure high availability and performance of virtual machines.
• Manage server patching, performance tuning, and system upgrades with minimal downtime.
• Oversee the administration of Windows Server environments, including backup, recovery, and failover procedures.
• Administer Active Directory services, including GPOs, domain trusts, and OU structures.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for device compliance, policy enforcement, and endpoint security.
• Configure and maintain Office 365 applications including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Maintain system security and apply best practices for access controls, identity management, and audit compliance.
• Perform regular monitoring and patching of systems and ensure vulnerability management processes are followed.
• Troubleshoot system issues, outages, and alerts promptly and effectively.
• Document configurations, changes, SOPs, and incident resolutions.
• Provide L2 / L3 level support across shifts, ensuring business continuity and system Skills & Qualifications :
• Strong hands-on experience in : Microsoft Azure, AWS Infrastructure, Hyper-V, Active Directory & Group Policy Management, Microsoft Intune, Office 365 Suite
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in server and cloud-based environments.
• Additional certifications in AWS, M365, or ITIL are a plus.
• Experience with scripting for (Mandatory) :
• AZ-104 : Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
