What you'll do

Run and optimize Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation

Build custom audiences, retargeting flows & conversion funnels

Collaborate on creatives and ad copy to boost performance

Track key metrics (CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and optimize daily

Set up pixels, events, custom conversions & UTMs

Conduct A / B tests to refine audiences and creatives

Share clear weekly insights and performance reports

What you bring

2–5 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience

Strong understanding of tracking, analytics & event management

Proven success in scaling lead-gen campaigns

Data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Nice to have

Experience with Google Ads PPC

Knowledge of CRM integrations or automation tools
