Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce QA Analyst to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Salesforce testing, particularly across Health Cloud, Field Service, and Home Health modules. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of our Salesforce solutions across the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform end-to-end functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications.
- Validate Salesforce Health Cloud features such as care plans, patient timelines, assessments, and care team structures.
- Test Field Service Lightning (FSL) modules including scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workflows.
- Collaborate closely with development, product management, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data based on business and technical specifications.
- Identify, track, and report defects using tools such as JIRA.
- Contribute to the automation of test scripts using standard automation frameworks and tools.
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience :
Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce QA roles.Hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) is mandatory.Strong expertise in manual testing, with working knowledge of test automation frameworks.Familiarity with test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, etc.Basic understanding of Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs (REST / SOAP) is a plus.Experience in Home Health testing scenarios is desirable.Preferred Qualifications :
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Health Cloud Consultant, Field Service ConsultantExposure to Agile / Scrum development methodologies.ref : hirist.tech)
