Responsibilities

  • Create a detailed account mapping for existing customers within HubSpot, including key contacts, business history, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with state government clients and hiring managers to support and expand staffing and service initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to acquire, expand, and retain business from both new and existing accounts.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess client requirements and collaborate with the Solutions Team to propose tailored staffing and technology solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities by leveraging your professional network, social media, cold calling, virtual meetings, on-site client visits, and referrals.
  • Oversee the full job and candidate lifecycle : lead qualification calls, interpret job descriptions, assess candidate suitability, mentor recruiters, recommend Boolean search strategies, and facilitate interviews and offer processes with hiring managers.
  • Stay up to date with all MSP programs Dash is engaged with, including policies, contacts, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with on-site team members in the U.S. to drive business growth and enhance client engagement.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and the delivery manager to optimize processes and increase successful candidate placements.
  • Implemented unique strategies to generate potential leads for new customers by leveraging our existing placed candidates and future candidate prospects.
  • Experience and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of business development in Staffing industry experience with a strong track record in technical staffing sales.
  • Ability to grasp and articulate complex technologies and their relevance to client challenges.
  • Proven strength in establishing trust and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Critical thinking, a strategic and positive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams are essential qualities.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage client relationships, identify key issues, and consistently deliver on client expectations through regular follow-ups.
  • Skilled in analyzing job requirements and aligning candidate profiles effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Prior experience to direct client interaction or working within an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 5 or more members effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to take initiative and work independently.
