Our Client, a smart logistics and IoT solutions company, is seeking a Consultant - Chief of Staff to act as the Founder’s right hand , translating ideas and strategy into structured execution across departments. The role involves driving key initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and enabling scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with the Founder to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
• Oversee execution across functions, ensuring accountability and measurable outcomes.
• Build and optimize internal systems and processes to support scale.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and alignment.
